About Lesson
There are several ways the Troop communicates with our members and the community. Our primary communication tool is TroopTrack, an online Troop Management application used to manage our schedule of events, RSVPing for events, track advancement, send communications, and more. We’ll cover a lot more about TroopTrack in the next module.
In order to ensure you receive communications from the Troop, be sure to add @troop457zelie.org and @troop457zelie.trooptrack.email to your email service’s safe sender list. (Instructions)
We use several additional communication tools to update the Troop and community on our activities and news:
- Troop457Zelie.org (This Website) where we post important news updates, how to guides, and additional information.
- Monthly Troop Newsletters sent after the PLC / Parent meetings sharing important action items, upcoming events, and other program updates. You can view an archive of previous newsletters in the Members Section of this site.
- Social Media sites where we share updates to the community about what the Troop has been up to and how to get involved. (Our updates are typically posted after events, so don’t rely on our social media accounts to know about upcoming events). You can follow us on the following sites:
