THANK YOU for expressing interest in becoming a registered adult with our Troop. You will use this form to submit your application paperwork for processing.

  • Adult applications must be submitted via this online form (preferred) or in physical copy. Emails are not permitted.
  • As of May 1, 2024, we now require all adult leader applications to include parts A and B of the BSA Health form (pages 1-3). Β (See How do I complete the BSA Health Form? FAQ.)
  • Instructions for applying to be an Adult Leader orΒ Merit Badge Counselor are available on our FAQ page.
  • You should only submit your application once all required paperwork has been obtained.
  • All fields are required.

Troop Leaders can hold one of three primary positions

  • Assistant Scoutmaster - Helps the Scoutmaster to deliver the Scouts BSA program to our Troop by helping to teach and mentor our Scouts as they rise through the ranks.
  • Committee Member - Support the Troop behind the scenes by helping plan events, interface with the community, run boards of review, and more.
  • Unit Scouter Reserve - Adults who want to support the Troop and attend some campouts but can't commit to being in the other two roles.

If you are already registered as a Troop Leader but would like to be a Merit Badge Counselor, select N/A - Already Hold a Troop Position.

The following documents are required to process your application. Your uploaded files will be reviewed prior to submission to Council. The Scoutmaster will contact you regarding any missing information.

BSA HEALTH FORM (PARTS A & B)

Complete parts A and B (pages 1-3) of the BSA Health Form [see How do I complete the BSA Health Form FAQ].

  • Be sure to check the following information for completeness before submitting.
  • You may upload more than one document if there are multiple pages / documents to submit.
  • You will be asked to capture allergy and medication information in separate fields so we do not need to extract this information from your health form.

    Your health form will be reviewed by the Scoutmaster who will contact you regarding any missing information.
