Our Troop is chartered to English Lutheran Church (“ELC”), located at the corner of Grandview Avenue and High Street in Zelienople, PA. The church provides the Troop with its initial startup funds, a location to meet, and a place to store our equipment. Our Troop gives back to the church by participating in community events, hosting pancake breakfasts, and cleaning up the grounds.
