About Lesson

A Scout Account with a $0 balance was automatically created when your Scout was added to TroopTrack.  As you or your Scout participate in Troop events, the cost of that event is deducted from the Scout’s account in TroopTrack.

Families will be alerted whenever their Scout’s account is negative.

VIEWING YOUR SCOUT ACCOUNT

You can view your current Scout Account balance and transaction details in TroopTrack.  To do this:

  1. Login and navigate to the TroopTrack dashboard
    • Scouts can see a Money account link on the Profile Info card.
    • Parents / Guardians can see their Scout’s Account listed in the Household Info card.
  2. Clicking on the Money Account will display the Scout’s current balance
  3. To view transaction details, click the Details link.  You will be taken to a screen showing the detailed credits and debits applied to the Scout’s account.

Typically, Scout accounts are updated within a month of a Scout incurring a cost or replenishing their Scout Account.
