2025 Recharter
The 2025 recharter process is now complete and Membership Renewal Intentions are closed until November 2026.
Please submit this form no later than Friday, December 12, 2025 so we can complete our recharter process by December 19, 2025.
Annual dues will be $125 per Scout (+ $15 per Scout Life subscription) will be charged to each Scout account after recharter is completed based on your responses to the form.
Each year, our troop must complete the Scouting America annual recharter process to confirm which Scouts and leaders will continue their membership for the upcoming year. Please complete this form for your entire family even if you do not plan to renew so we can finalize our roster and ensure accurate records.
About Membership and Dues
Membership Period: Scouting America memberships run for a full calendar year, based on when the member originally joined. Members who joined Scouting America before August 2023 have a renewal that aligns with the calendar year (January–December).
Annual Dues: Dues are charged to Scout accounts every January and include both national and council registration fees for each Scout and leader.
Scout Life Magazine (Optional): Members may choose whether to receive Scout Life Magazine. Each subscriptions cost $15 per year. You may choose: No subscription, One subscription per household, or One subscription per Scout
If “one per household” is selected, the subscription will be listed under the Scout whose name appears first alphabetically.
