Service hours for rank advancement should be approved by the Scoutmaster BEFORE a Scout works the hours. This ensures that the work being performed will meet BSA and advancement requirements. Â Ask the Scoutmaster to approve the Service Project at a Troop Meeting or submit the form below to obtain approval.
You must present proof (i.e. note from the service hour recipient, photos of you during the project) that you completed the service hours to an adult leader to have advancement signed off in your handbook.
