As we enter the heart of the holiday season, I can't help but thinking about how Scouting is a gift that keeps on giving all year round. The adventures, friendships, and life skills that we develop in Scouting are treasures that continue to enrich our lives each month.

It is also a time to look forward to the new year; one that will be filled with exciting activities, learning opportunities, and moments of growth. So, let's journey into 2024 together with the spirit of Scouting burning brightly in our hearts. Dive into the newsletter for a glimpse of the exciting adventures that lie ahead and to stay informed about our January plans and other important news. Here's to another year of Scout spirit, growth, and camaraderie!

UPCOMING EVENTS

Here is a quick look at all the Troop events coming up in the next month.

"DO NOTHING" CAMPOUT
January 19 - 21, 2024

Join your Troop 457 friends for a weekend of “doing nothing” at Camp Hawthorne Ridge located south of Erie, PA. During the weekend, we’ll simply hang out, play games, and work on advancement. There is no specific activity around which we are organizing the campout.

Please RSVP this week so we know how many people are able to attend this event.

In addition to these upcoming events, Scouts should be prepared for the following activities during our regular Troop Meetings:

SCOUTS: Be prepared for the Chess Merit Badge meetings by requesting your Blue Cards online.
